Cancellation & Refund

If you received a DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT, you may return your purchase for a refund / exchange within 2 day of order delivery.

To make a return, share the PROPER UNBOXING VIDEO of the order on WhatsApp @ 82875-23622, email hello@truoxi.com and please make sure to include the reason for your return. We don't accept any size related returns or exchange.Also, make sure to open the packet after showing the label in the video and unbox it in front of the camera and avoid any pauses in between.

Shipping Charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend return sent by FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC or Delhivery.

Cancellation Policy.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch by emailing hello@truoxi.com with the order ID, resulting in a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

    Refund Policy.

    • Refunds commence after receiving the product and completing quality checks.
    • Refund mode depends on the original payment method; shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
    • Refund takes around 5 to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
    • Refunds use the same payment method as the order placement, with exceptions requiring a bank account or UPI details.
    • Customer refusal at delivery or failed delivery due to negligence incurs a restocking fee and shipping charges deduction from the refund.
    • Accuracy of entered details is crucial, as we do not validate bank account numbers and are not responsible for unintended transfers.
    • Upon refund request confirmation, we initiate the process and offer assistance in case of delays.

    Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests if the customer fails to comply with our policy terms.
