Domestic Orders.

We usually dispatch orders within 24-72 working hours after placement.

We dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3-6 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

In case, you need your order to be sent on Urgent basis, kindly let us know the same via DM/ message on Instagram.

Note: In case , any product from your order is unavailable due to any reason or facing any delay, We Will connect you within 1-2 working days via call inform you regarding possible delays.

Shipping Method. We collaborate with reliable shipping companies to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your product. The shipping method depends on the product(s) ordered and the delivery address.

Shipping Charges. Shipping charges may vary based on the shipping method, product weight, dimensions, and delivery address. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Estimated Delivery Time. While we aim to deliver your products promptly, the estimated delivery time will be indicated during checkout. Please note that this timeframe may fluctuate based on the shipping method, product availability, and delivery address.

Tracking. Upon shipment, we provide a tracking number for you to monitor your order. Tracking can be done on our website or the shipping company's site.

Shipping Restrictions. We only ship within India and do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues. Should your product(s) arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect item(s), contact our customer service within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. We'll promptly address and resolve the issue.

Delivery Re-attempt. Suppose your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the customer. In that case, the packet will be resent only if you pay shipping charges again OR wish for a refund. In that case, shipping charges will be deducted (if we are the bearer or you are).

Delayed Delivery. While we strive for timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or transportation strikes, may cause delays. We are not liable for any inconvenience or losses resulting from such events.

Cancellation of Orders. To cancel an order, contact  Hello Truoxi or message on WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch by emailing hello@truoxi.com. We'll process the cancellation and issue a refund per our refund policy.
